Refund policy
Returns within 30 days
Our 30-day return policy states that after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return if the item does not match what was purchased or if an error was made on our part; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damages, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days by providing evidence of an error on our part or damage to the item. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
